    Absolutely sensational! Omitted the lobster. Also, small whole fresh Mediterranean fish were not available to me! Used sea bass and halibut instead with excellent results.

    Comfort food without the heaviness. Easy and great to serve in a beautiful pot on the table! Added extra saffron (expensive stuff but worth it! Served twice to guests and twice there was nothing left in the pot - not one bit!
