Great use of day old bread, taste, quick and easy. I made this just to use up some dry french bread and try the recipe. I will definitely make it again to go with soup or even spaghetti maybe.

Really simple and delicious - I grated some garlic in the oil and sprinkled with parm cheese.

What a great way to use up day old bread, I brush with a garlic oil then sprinkle with a little parmesan for a tasty treat, great with soup, pasta or salad

Easy to make and incredibly tasty with the French Onion Soup, featured on the same show.

Easy and yummy. What a great way to cut and use a baguette with soup! I took the olive oil and mixed it with a bread dipping seasoning mix - Parmesan Blend: Roasted Garlic & Cheese and served the breadsticks with Black Bean Soup. What a great addition and easy to dip!

Wish Melissa had used a real 'day old' baguette. Her baguette was fresh and tender inside.

Easy to make and totally worth it! Never really thought of cutting a baguette that way in order to make breadsticks. My hubby and mom loved it! I added garlic powder and parsley to the mix and it complimented the french onion soup so well!
