Made this tonight for the second time, it's GREAT! I used asparagus instead of green beans, and a little more garlic. I think it will be great with other veggies, too. Love the idea of tossing in some leftover chicken like one of the reviews suggested. It's a keeper, for sure!

I found this very easy and delicious. We used fewer green beans simply because we didn't have the quantity on hand from the garden. This will become a regular dish in our household.

Super yummy and so easy. I forgot to buy the red pepper at the grocery store so I left that out. I did add some water chestnuts and bamboo shoots and they went perfectly with the rest of the veggies. Like Guy...this recipe is a keeper :

It was a winner. I added some left over grilled chicken breast and substituted fish sauce for Teriyaki sauce. Hubby loved it too!! We will most certainly have that again. I love that our farmers market has fresh Bok Choy now that makes even tastier :

The recipe is okay. Unfortunately, there's nothing that really makes it outstanding and personally I think it would be better with steak strips or another form of meat. Although it is easy to prepare, it took much longer than was anticipated. It took me 47 minutes to prepare and stir fry the recipe even with purchasing the garlic already minced and the green beans already trimmed. Therefore, I do not think I will be making the recipe again.

Delicious! Very simple but a very good combination of vegetables. I doubled the number of baby bok choy because I like them so much and they looked so good at the market. I served it with some grilled salmon and rice.

We loved this bok choy dish - served it over rice along with grill chicken wings. It was also excellent with a Camaraderie Cellar's '07 Cab Franc. Will be a repeat around our house!!
