Having never prepared "pulled pork" I was aprehensive to try. This recipe was easy to follow, and produced results beyond my fondest expectations. Flavorful, moist and tender. Convenient since I prepared it entirely within my kitchen without a 'smoker'. I also planned the 8-12 hour prep times of brining and oven baking to be spread out over night...without having to stay awake monitoring the preparation. Excellent results.

For indoor barbeque, it's pretty good. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is just because nothing matches real smoked meat from the smoker. However, like I said, for indoor... it's good!
