Loved this recipe and plan to make it many more times. Did not add the chile peppers due to a family member with reflux, but it wasn't missed and didn't detract from the flavor at all.

Just made this last week. It was great! I used dried chorizo sausage instead of the ham and did add some olives. The pasta was a nice addition.

AWESOME!! The only thing I did different was sub garlic sausage for the ham. My 8 yr old loved it!

Amazing. I can't think of any other word to describe it. The saffron stock adds such a huge layer of flavour, and it was loved by my whole family.

Very easy to prepare and the flavor was outstanding. The ham steak added a nice smoky flavor and the jalapenos didn't make it too hot but blended nicely. Easy to prepare, I didn't have the saffron but it was still great.

ABSOLUTELY Yum-O!! Altho I used boneless skinless breasts and added 1/2C more stock. Definitely a keeper!
