    Really loved the breading. I did use half the cornmeal. Still some crunch . I will use it on other vegetables.Thanks again Paula and Bobby. This Wasilla Alaskan loves you!

    I think the flavors are pretty good but I have a hard time doing equal parts flour and corn meal. The corn meal just takes over the delicate flavors of the squash. All in all, a good starting "fry base"

    This is THE Best fried squash I've ever had! I have used yellow squash and zucchini- both are excellent.
