The recipe looked great and with all the fantastic reviews, I couldn't wait to try it. I followed this recipe exactly and no one in my family, including me, thought it was anything worth making again.

Absolutely delicious! I made it with mashed potatoes as my daughter doesn't like polenta. Very flavorful and will put it in my recipe book. It was easy to make the meat was very tender so thank you very much for posting it! I recommend it to anyone to make this meal, you can't go wrong and will please your family or company for sure!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I have my own recipe for braised ribs which is awesome but I used some of the cider vinegar used to tweaK my recipe and it brought it to another level. I have made these and they are absolutely DELICIOUS. One thing I have learned from her shows and others, you can borrow from one recipe or another to help make yours better. Once again thank you Melissa for such great recipes and the food network for the shows.

OMG is all I have to say! This recipe is AMAZING!! I followed the directions exactly (I only made the short ribs, I did not make the polenta. The meat was fall off the bone tender, and the sauces is delectable! I could eat this sauce with a spoon. My husband could not get enough. I served it over a bed of white rice. Wow, wow and WOW! This is definitely going in my monthly rotation of meals. Thank you food network!

This recipe was wonderful! I'd never cooked country-style pork ribs before and this recipe was so easy to follow and absolutely delicious, the meat practically fell off of the bone. Thanks!

Yum! Loved this recipe. It was actually really easy to make, the only thing that took some time was the cooking. I started preparing everything around 5pm (just took 10 minutes or so and we sat down to eat at 730pm! It was a delicious sauce. This was my first time cooking country style ribs. I actually accidentally bought them at the store and didn't realize what they were until I got home! They have lots of fat on them, so I am not sure if I would choose this cut again, but the recipe was delicious and had soo much flavor! I did not have celery so I threw in some mushrooms instead. I also did not have the apple cider vineger, but it turned out just fine! Instead of chicken stock, I used beef stock. Yum!

I have always been stumped by pork country style ribs. Ive tried cooking them a few times but they never turn out like I expect them too.........until now! This is not only a super easy recipe but it has to be one of the tastiest I have ever made! This is going into the regular rotation for sure. I only wish it didnt take so long to braise so we could make it during the week. I made whipped cauli to serve our with since we are watching our carbs. Two thumbs up!

Delicious!! The ribs are tender, flavorful and have a nice kick of heat to them. I make extra and freeze some of the leftovers, they are just as tasty the next time around.
