    Delicious! Used brown sugar instead, even better. I never 'forgot' onions were a vegetable though I guess 'we' need that reminder from Melissa....not!

    This was a perfect side dish for baked ham. I used a really good balsamic vinegar and the onions turned out so sweet and delish! They've just been added as a topper for pork sandwiches at our Super Bowl party!

    I LOVE ONIONS! And this recipe was a great way to change things up. If you are an onion lover like myself I suggest you try it today!
