Pretty tasty! Omitted salt & used chicken broth to deglaze, instead of wine. My kids gave it a couple thumbs up!

oh... my.... gawd... I'm making my 3rd batch now in so many weeks. Hubby can't get enough of it, and neither can I!
I was sitting here snowbound during the last blizzard, watching the show, and got inspired to whip this up. Had to substitute smoked sausage for bologna, and red wine for white, and spicy brown mustard for Dijon. Left off the salt and added 1/2 tsp minced garlic. Otherwise pretty much followed the recipe. Out of this world!

We really liked this! I did not add the additional salt because I don't think bologna requires that. Otherwise, made as written and served on homemade whole wheat toast.

Surprisingly, this was very good! I hadn't had bologna in years, but this intrigued me. It was different! Next time, I won't add any salt. I used regular bread and regular mayo.
