Very very good! My whole family loved it, and even my picky 3 year old gobbled the whole thing down. It will definitely be a regular in my table from now on!

Yummy. The whole family liked this unusual side dish. I made the Baked Chicken with cibata breead dressing too. We had leftovers so the next day we used this sausage saute in an omlet and it was even better. A homeroom if you like all of these different ingrediants. Next time I may use a few more craisins to add a little more sweetness.

This was excellent - threw it together after work one night and it was done in no time - even my picky teenage son (who didn't even want to taste it liked it - very good - thank you.

I am not a cook, and I followed the recipe exactly. After watching it on t.v I thought it would be a good recipe to try. It was so delicious. All the textures, and flavors were wonderful. It looked beautiful and tasted wonderful. My husband was thrilled.

Delicious! Made this along with the baked chicken with ciabatta dressing tonight. My husband wouldn't stop humming as he was eating this dish. This will definitely be a recipe that I make often and plan to share the recipe! It could be a meal in and of itself!
