I have been cooking for a long time and never found a broccoli recipe with such excelent results like Melissas. I'm from a country where most of greens are always sauteed in garlic-infused oil, what works fine for leafy greens, but not broccoli and the like, always some part of the floret get limp or almost raw. Melissas technique prevents both, its brilliant!

Love it. The red pepper and garlic really add a new kick to broccoli.

Very good, fast, easy. I like not wasting the stems- this recipe cooks them nicely.

Such a simple & fast way to cook broccoli with a huge tasty result. Cutting the broccoli into trees makes a nice presentation on the plate and who knew that the "trunks" were that delicious!

This broccoli was great! I've made it 3 times and it has been perfect every time. Just as great, it is quick and simple. I will definitely make it again!

This broccoli was perfection. I had all the ingredients in my house already except for the broccoli. Only change I made was I put in 1/4 t of red pepper flakes because I don't like too much heat.

This was yummy! The broccoli had a lot of flaver and I loved Melissa's reccomendation to cut it into "trees". It looked nice on plate and my 8 year old, who usually won't eat borccoli, really liked eating the "trunks".

Really good! The only change I made was I used 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (instead of 1/2, which was PLENTY for us. Went wonderfully with the fish piccata and pasta.
