This was a healthy and delicious last minute dessert that anybody should be able to make out of there pantry.I accidently put in the 1 tsp of brown sugar,I think it was very good with the bit of brown sugar added.

I saw this on tv this morning and knew it was a must try. The flavor is excellent; a very rich almost dark chocolate. There was just enough to make four small 7oz. Ramkin dishes. I would be VERY hesitant to use anything smaller. I think if one were to use 4oz. ramkins, you would likely get five or six servings. The top of the finished pudding is fluffly (think similar to the premade jello mouse you can by at the grocery store. Some of the pudding remains liquid on the bottom. You will only get as much fluffy pudding as you have fluffy egg whites so don't cheat on beating the egg whites. It was a little salty for my taste (next time I will use less - and I like salt. Overall, a very tasty desert and quick to fix.
