Amazing flavor! I wasn't even looking for Low-Cal but liked the idea of lemon zest and garlic and boy oh boy am I glad I tried this! Some how much more flavorful than regular Alfredo sauces I've tried. While I was sauteing the lemon zest and garlic in the butter my husband stopped and said "Oh my God that is the best thing I've ever smelled!" And it tasted just as awesome! Left overs were not super oily like regular Alfredo either. Must try!

Its so good, I got my 5 year old son to eat this and he would never try alfredo before. He said this is something i could make again for him. My wife and i liked it because its rich and creamy but not all the fat. The lemon gave it a fresh zip without overpowering. Instead of cream cheese I used Green Mountain Farms Greek it's 1/2 cream cheese and 1/2 greek yogurt (try it . I also used DeCecco whole wheat pasta. AWESOME

This was a delicious sauce to top fresh pasta. I added some pepper and asiago for personal preference and the only other modification I made was using Greek yogurt as a substitute for cream cheese, and it worked quite well. It is just an ingredient that I have on hand more frequently. This was perfect with a salad for a comfort food meal and I will be making this again.

This recipe is definitely a keeper for our family. I made it tonight for the first time. We added mushrooms and chicken to our sauce. It's an awesome base recipe to work with for future experimentation!

Simple and oh so easy! This recipe boasts a mouthful of flavor without fat. I added previously cooked shrimp, canned drained mushrooms and chopped cooked broccoli. What a complete and fabulous dinner!

Great flavor. Tossed in some mushrooms that had been sauteed and cooked shrimp. Also used whole grain pasta. Makes big portions. Definitely will make this again.
