these were great and easy to make.. i feel like it could have had something else though like maybe i would use onion instead of shallots. i very much enjoyed and will make them again though - love not using bread crumbs.

Tucking in the smoked mozzarella into each meatball was a great addition of flavor to the meatball. Followed the directions to specifications and I got a great dish of flavorful meatballs. The whole family including the kids really enjoyed it.

We made a meatball sandwich with these and they were delish! I left out the cheese in half of them and preferred it that way. Used the left over meatballs and marinara with pasta.....

Made these as the receipe instructs. Really good for a special occassion, I will make these without cheese often as well as with turkey. Will also experiment with different cheeses too. Love that there was no bread crumbs!!!!

These were great! Loved the flavors in these meatballs. I stuffed mine with fontina cheese, as that is what I had on hand. I skipped the frying and just baked these in the oven. Will be making again!

So good I loved the taste of the cheese once it was cooked inside the meatballs. The initial food processor mixture smelled soooo good. It made about 2 dozen good sized meatballs. I made them by frying in just enough oil to coat the pan - so i didn't deep fry, and then baked until done.
