This was a wonderful recipe. I ate the leftovers the next day with salsa, avocado and black beans. I will definitely make this again but next time I might try making a tarter sauce with an Italian twist. I like sauce with my fish.

I followed this recipe for dinner last night and it was delicious. My boyfriend and I loved how it was crispy on the outside and so moist on the inside. I used rye bread instead of white and it was still delicious. I also seasoned the tilapia the night before to add flavor. Next time, I'm going to use cilantro instead of parsley to add to the flavor! This is going into my recipe box.

What a delicious way of making Tilapia! The bread crumb coating makes it really crunchy, especially when browned in the butter and the fish inside stayed tender and flaky. It had a delicate flavor and it was wonderful when paired with the salad.

make sure you put salt and pepper on your fish before breading, because it doesn't have a whole lot of flavor. I didn't want to salt and pepper the fish in fear that it would be too salty, but I didn't find much flavor to this recipe; since it was the first time making this recipe, I didn't know what to expect. Maybe if you tweek the recipe a bit it could be a keeper. It looks a lot better than it tastes.

Loved it! Easy and fun to make. I enlisted my youngest to help with the food processor :- I served it with a regular salad and some homemade mashed potatoes. This was so tasty, all it needed was a drizzle of lemon juice--no tartar sauce or anything else required.

This recipe is fabulous! My husband made it for me and I requested he make this (along with mashed potatoes for my birthday dinner. The fish is juicy and the coating is very crisp. I love arugula so we did serve it with an arugula salad paired with a red wine vinaigrette salad dressing.

I really enjoyed this recipe! I have only tried to make tilapia once before this, and it didn't turn out great, but I'm glad to say this one did! I had quite a bit of the flour mixture, egg, and bread crumbs, so you could probably cut back on these a bit. Really tasty! I will be making this again!

Very tasty and super easy! Loved the breading on the fish. It kept the meat nice and juicy. I'm thinking about using this same recipe but instead of tilapia, use pork or chicken pounded thin. This recipe has earned a placed in my recipe box for sure!
