I figured from the reviews on this recipe that I couldn't go wrong, and I was right. The t-bones came out great! Everyone loved them. Broke in my new grill with it. Followed the recipe to the letter (ok I added a little cayenne to the pepper also. The butter was an awesome touch. Will be making these again! Thanks Bobby!

Believe it or not I made this recipe for Thanksgiving.
I didn't use the chiles on the steaks and instead I seared them with Montreal seasoning and finished them in the oven with the worcestershire and chive butter. This butter is so amazing. The steaks came out medium rare, juicy, tender, and packed with great flavor-fabulous! Everyone at the table was very happy.

The steaks were pricey at the store so I bought pork chops instead because they were on sale. Does anyone think this recipe would work well with pork chops because I was really wanting to try it. The butter sounds so good!

I consider myself quite a seasoned cook and I can honestly say this is the best steak I have ever cooked. The grill is not ready so I pan seared some sirloin then finished in the oven. They were medium rare and delish. I thoroughly seasoned the steaks with the spices as directed then added the butter on top. My husband was actually angry that he ran out of steak, LOL. It was so juicy and delicious. I can't wait to try this on the grill. Another Bobby Flay hit. What an incredible chef!

I made this for company and it was a hit and easy! I made baked potatoes with the works, salad and garlic bread.
I have leftover butter which will go to good use.
    Thanks Bobby

2 steaks fed my husband and I for 3 days. You cannot improve on this butter. Served with loaded mashed potatoes.
