    This was a huge success! Made it tonight for dinner, but think it would be a great appetizer as well. Used cheese cloth and it worked great. It took about 90 minutes start to finish and while the dough was chilling, I made Ina Garten's Marinara sauce recipe to go with it, which was fantastic. Great recipe, definitely a keeper.

    Hi, I am getting ready to make this for dinner tonight. Looks amazingly delicious! I'm planning on serving strawberries w/vinegar as well : BTW Juanita, I personally enjoy Giada's shows when her aunt Raffy comes to visit. I don't see her as being sarcastic at all. I have two nephews who are like that we me.....I love it! I think it comes from being Italian and close to your family. I'm hispanic and that's pretty much the way we are! My opinion anyway.
