Delicious! And low-carb, too, which is so nice! Did mine in a foil pan on the grill and ate half of it before it got to the table. Thanks!!

So, the satellite dish was out because of heavy snow...luckily, this had DVR'd before the dish went out. Watching the episode (and having a head of cauliflower in the fridge inspired me to try the dish---SUPER delicious! My husband and I polished off a whole head as a side dish and will definitely make it again. We didn't have the yogurt, so will make and serve the dipping sauce next time.

Love this - and I don't even like cauliflower! The yogurt is not necessary though (even though it's good the cauliflowers are great on their own.

I'd give this 6 stars if I could. Seriously, it's better than french fries. Combine this with Aarti's "Mum's Everyday Red Lentils" and you have an incredibly delicious meal. I'd recommend halving the yogurt portion of the recipe; too much limey yogurt, though tasty, overpowered the smokey cauliflower.

I couldn't find dried mango powder so I substituted sweet mango chutney which I found at my local grocery store. Came out great! I also only roasted the cauliflower for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Nice and crunchy!

This was good, but it didn't taste that different from regular roasted cauliflower. I doubled the amount of spice in the olive oil and the flavors still were quite subtle. So then I added some cayenne. The lime yogurt, however, was a nice new twist. Bottom line: good, but not special.

I was inspired by the show last weekend and I had a cauliflower in the frig which I'm trying eat more of (I usually buy one and throw most of it out. I didn't have all the ingredients, and I didn't feel like going out so I tossed the cauliflower with canola oil, curry powder, a dash of cinnamon, a dash of dry Thai chili powder and salt. It was delicious and very healthy and better than that it tasted creamy and buttery and it didn't have any cholesterol in it!

The spices on the cauliflower, surprisingly, seemed to be missing in action. I roast cauliflower all the time (nothing but olive oil and salt at 450 for about half an hour until richly caramelized and this was inexplicably pretty much the same thing. I will try it again and double up on the spices and cut the oil in half and see what happens. I even went to the trouble of finding the mango powder. The one thing that saved this recipe from oblivion is the yogurt sauce. It was actually pretty good and extremely easy. I used Fage Greek yogurt.
