This recipe was REALLY good! I took the recommendation to make my own stock with the lobster tails and it really was fabulous! A definate keeper!

Fantastic as is, but the second time I made it, I poached the lobster in their tails with some onion, celery leaves and old bay. I removed the lobster when it was done but simmered the broth (with the shells. When I was ready to add the chicken stock, I strained the lobster stock and substituted 2 cups of the lobster stock for 2 cups of the chicken stock. OMG....it was awesome...love this chowder!

I'm not a fan of lobster but this was fun to do, it turned out great, and I actually made something that I saw on the Food Network! How cool is that. I learned so much from "Worst Cooks in America". Could you write a cookbook around the show, please?

Watched the Worst Cooks in America finale show and HAD to make this. I went out the next day and bought the ingredients. I didn't skip a thing and made it exactly as the recipe is shown. It was amazing! I kept my dicing/knife cuts small and consistent and the flavors all melted together wonderfully. Thanks for a great recipe Robert!
