The whole family loved it! Being cajun, we like things just a little spicer than what the recpie called for. I added cayenne to the meat before cooking.

I made this recipe for dinner tonight and it was a five star hit with my husband and I! We appreciate all the different flavor combinations. I didn't have ground pork on hand and used ground pork sausage. Everything else was done to his recipe. It was SUPER!!! It is going back on the menu soon!!! My husbsnd just kept saying how much he loved this recipe! I made homemade sweet potato fries to go with it...big hit!! THANKS FOR A TASTY MEAL!

I made this recipe the way that it was written and it was a 5 star hit. I have always thought that Robert Irvine was a 5 star Cheff.
