I made this for friends who had just coincidently ordered the same thing two days ago from an Indian Restaurant. They loved it, it was a really big hit and easy to make. I will be making this again! I did forget to add the cream and the end, but no one missed it and that made it healthier. I also made the cauliflower and potato dish, basmati rice and naan bread (and a salad.

YUMMY!! I marinated the chicken overnight. I took out the seeds of the peppers. Next time I will not take out ALL the seeds, but that is the only change. Just delicious!!

Wow, this was my first try at Indian food and what a success! I did have to adjust a few ingredients for my families particular tastes. I could not find good, fresh roma tomatoes, so I used a can of low sodium tomato sauce, and the amount of ginger made me nervous as I am not a huge fan so I only used about half the required amount - I loved it! I can't wait till we pull out our grill so I can try this recipe grilled, I de-boned a whole chicken and cooked it on a rack in the oven, then chopped it up and put it in the sauce. I can't wait till fresh veggies and the grill are available, I imagine that grilled taste only adds the the awesomeness of this dish,

This was my first foray into cooking Indian Food and it came out terrific! The sauce was not to spicy and the chicken tender. To me it was even better than the Masala I've had at our local Indian restaurant. I will be making this one again! Mahalo Aarti!

Another delicious recipe! We made this right to the directions and loved it. Makes plenty of sauce to drench your rice in too. This is certainly a keeper. Thank you again Aarti.

I have never made Indian cuisine before and my husband, having traveled there many times, is not a big fan. However, when I saw Arti's show today, I thought this might be a safe place for me to start...and it was. Although I thought there were a lot of steps, none of them were particularly difficult. It turned out perfectly delicious and even my doubting husband cleaned his plate and said he loved it! I'm glad I threw caution to the wind and tried it. I also made the cauliflower and potato dish with it and we loved it as well. I was able to find all of the ingredients except the garam masala, but it was a quick "bing" search and I easily found how to make it myself. It was quite an adventure...but worth the trip! My husband was impressed!

Delicious!!!! The sauce is wonderful, creamy, spicy and just wonderful. I am very pleased with how it came out even though I usually try to cook things that are fast to make, this one was definitely worth the time. Thanks Aarti! Your show is a pleasure to watch.
