Easy and delicious! I added a few sliced carrots for color--otherwise followed recipe. The whole family loved it!

Perfection! I moved away from a favorite Indian restaurant of mine in Oak Park, IL. I fondly remember their Aloo Gobi and have been craving it. Unfortunately, we moved to a small town where there is not a single Indian restaurant. So I found this recipe and decided to give it a try. Amazing! It tastes just like what I remember. Better yet...the recipe is very easy to follow and doesn't take long to make. My husband and I really enjoyed this and it will become a staple in our house. Thank you for the great recipe!!

Made with only the cauliflower for a low carb Indian meal and it was delicious! I thought it might need more of the spice mixture (by the look of it but it turned out great exactly as written.

I just needed the basics for this recipe and made it my way. This would be too bland for my taste. I would also increase the seasonings as this is a delicious meal.,

The seasonings were good, just not enough. I doubled them all to get enough seasoning to the dish. Adding onions and peppers would also work well with this dish.

Also, The cook time is way underestimated, it takes a good half hour to soften the veggies enough.
