Great dish! I served this to my family on Christmas Eve and it was a big hit. The only thing I changed out was the parmesan cheese. I used fresh grated romano and doubled the amount. Thanks Emeril!

I had never attempted Lobster Thermidor before. However, the instructions were concise and easy to follow. The dish came out prefectly. It was a big hit at dinner, and now, I feel like an expert. A must for any occasion when you want to impress that special someone, business partner or in-law.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow - the results were delicious. I used 4 lobster tails instead of a whole lobster (because that is what I had - I followed the rest of the directions to the letter. It was quick and easy to prepare and our family really enjoyed it.
