I made this for the football games this past weekend and my guests took the recipe home with them! I left the shrimp very chunky so you had a big piece with every scoop. I also added fresh green onions to the top when it came out of the oven for garnish. Enjoy!

Made this for a Christmas eve family gathering. The dish was scraped clean within 45 minutes. Doing it again for a New Years even party. Great dish.

This recipe was easy and everyone loved it. I used diced celery and carrots instead of red bell peppers, and used 6 oz. of cream cheese instead of the sour cream. (because I didn't have any

I sauteed everything a couple of hours ahead of time and put it in the fridge. I just popped it in the oven for 35 minutes before it was time to serve with freshly toasted french-bread crostini...delicious!

It is a very good recipe... to help with it being watery...i drained the pan of the water after cooking the onions, pepers and shrimp before adding the rest of the ingredience. Also i addjusted the recipe also by adding 1 cup of pepper jack cheese for just a little kick.... and it helped the flavor.....i found also that it could be a little gritty from the chesses... to fix that add a little more sour cream and mayo.

I'm sorry Paula but my dip turned out watery. I kept going back over the recipe because i was sure i missed something. I tried adding more ingredients to thicken it up and re-baked it. The dip ended being thrown away. I would not recommend.
