Yummy! This would be great for a party. My mom loved it and she doesn't like any shellfish.

My family is hard to please so I was somewhat hesitant. I added additional shredded cheese on top baked till it was golden brown and it was a hit. Thanks Paula! Its now a musthave for future family gatherings.

Very good! Didn't come out as thick as I thought it would, I even cut the sour cream in half, but it was really good nonetheless. My one-year-old daughter loved it too!

This dip was the hit of the party! After reading the reviews I decided to half the the amount of sour cream and it was perfect. Not watery at all! This recipe will be a permanent dish for all future parties. I wish I could just tell you how good it was..I served the dip with a sea salt pretzel-like cracker. I'm not a fan of Pita Chips..

Oh Paula...SO RICH!!! Lol this is an absolutely delicious dip!! I saw this yesterday on tv and I had to try this one! Thank you for all the reviews regarding watery dip...I did change her recipe slightly-used 1/2 cup cream cheese & 1/2 cup sour cream-and it was not watery at all...definitely not for the health conscious but oh so worth it! Prefect for us butter, seafood, & cheese lovers alike!! Definitely a keeper!!

Since I'm allergic to shrimp, I substituted it for chicken and boy is this recipe delicous! I can't wait to make it for a gathering. I was just experimenting first and made it for my sister and I but now I know its a great-tasting recipe even with the chicken! I also added sour cream and chive cream cheese to make it more creamy, about a tablespoon of it. yummy!

For those who want to change every recipe to make it healthy, no fat + no calories = no flavor. Why not just use a recipe designed for weight watchers. I have friends who are always trying to eliminate all of the fat from recipes and you can't even gag the stuff down. The cheese just lays on the top of the dish and doesn't even melt. This recipe is fine just as it is. If you want a healthy version, rice cakes and tofu dip are a good alternative.
