    WOW JUST AMAZING! I first learned about rutabaga on the chopped show. And when I was watching foodnetworks "secrets of a restaurant chef" Anne made this rutabaga mashed. So i decided it sounded like an interesting try. It was SOOOO delicious! Rutabaga when cooked long enough is similar to a potato. I didn't have a foodmill and just used a potato masher and it turned out just fine! My boyfriend loved it too! And actually I am eating the leftovers right now for lunch! I HIGHLY recommend this! Oh and it couldnt have been a simpler recipe!
