What a winner! I actually go to Whole Foods to get the cotswald cheese! Wow, it's $18/lb but I don't get near that amount. I drizzle maple syrup over the bacon before cooking in the oven. I use a firm white bread. My kids won't eat regular grilled cheese any other way! The extra trip for the cheese & the extra cost are well worth it! Excellent change from run-of-the-mill grilled cheese!

Used buttermilk store bread since we didn't have Sourdough, but overall this was pretty good. Would definitely make this again with some alterations.

Excellent. Tastes wonderful and easy to make. The kids enjoyed. It's not so bad for you if you use turkey bacon and watch the butter.

Wow! Great flavor! lol But go easy with the butter. This is probably not a heart healthy food.
