Very good! The kids even liked them!! Trying to eat healthier so thought will give this a try. Simple to make--quick, easy and good for you-will definitely make again.

As long as you don't expect it to taste like a potato chip, you will LOVE this recipe! I like kale in my soups, salads, and in a juice. But I LOVE them as a chip!! I added some ground nutmeg along with the salt and cayenne pepper. Baked them at 300 degrees for 20min, and they came out beautifully! I already ate through the batch I just made! Thank you Ellie for another great healthy snack!

Who know you could make Kale into a chip? I absolutely love these! I started using Kale just over a year ago and so glad I found these on Food Network. They give me the crunch I need when I am craving potato chips and they are so much healthier. 60 calories for 2 cups! I use Kale in soups, smoothies and steamed with some sea salt and pepper. Thanks Ellie for a great snack!

My 10 & 13 year old nieces loved these and my very picky eater of a boyfriend didn't mind them. I sprayed them with olive oil when on the sheet pan and sprinkled them with Hidden Valley Ranch powder mix instead of salt.... and they were yummy! They are light and crispy. I would check them around 10 minutes though, which is when mine are usually done. This is a wonderful and healthy recipe, which allowed me to use up my surplus kale from the garden quickly.

Really good! I didn't know if I would like the smoked paprika flavor but it turned out delicious. Cooking time might vary depending on the user's oven.....be careful not to burn.

hmm... these are quite interesting. kale is almost impossible to eat any other way, its really bitter and tough and gross, but this way its crispy and its kind of like seaweed. my dad loved it and ate like 2 batches.

I have recently turned vegan, and have been experimenting with recipes using kale (kale has great nutrients which helps prevent development of cancer. This recipe is wonderful . . . great for snacks, and so easy to make!

Addicting!!! Needed a little more time in the oven for crispness.
