Loved it...This was SO good and easy to make. It was a great change from standard chicken salad too. I love Aarti's cooking!!

This is the best chicken salad ever. I didn't have any shallots so I used green onion instead. Everything else was per the recipe. Delicious!!!!!

The whole family enjoyed this one. I did not use the curry powder. The apple and grapes are a nice change of pace in a chicken salad.

I thought that this was pretty good. I do however wish the spices were a little stronger.

omg... COMPLETELY awesome! Except for the fact that I can't expect for there to be any left in the fridge when I get home from work because my boyfriend literally eats ALL of it in one sitting.

Sometimes I saute the chicken stovetop on med-high because I find that easier and I like the chicken to be browned

this recipe was very good. I served it with whole-wheat bakery rolls, which paired well. I did feel there was too much curry--I would probably only do 1 tsp next time. I didn't have cumin seed (and it is fairly expensive in my area so I subbed 1/2 tsp. ground cumin with good results. I didn't find the yogurt overpowering and I typically don't like yogurt. Well done, Aarti!

We love eating salads and this was hearty All the ingredients work well I may cut back on the curry it made the dish look very greenish compared to the magazine photo. I added walnuts as I didn't have cashews This is a keeper

Best Chicken Salad EVER! The chicken was so good on it's own that part of it never even made it to the salad! D-lish! (I didn't use the cilantro - not a huge fan of it

The curry and cilantro do not blend well together.
