Delicious! I was looking for a different gluten-free dessert, so glad I tried this. We served it with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and everyone loved it.

I made this for Passover last night...yummy! We come from a long line of boring Passover desserts. So, this cake was a big hit! The topping with roasted walnuts took it "over the top." 5-Star for a Seder!!

I loved this recipe. I made it for our Passover Seder last night and everyone really enjoyed it. One person said it was a little too sweet, but they don't generally like desserts. I put a lot of extra walnuts on top. I would make this recipe again, and it might even become a Passover staple since it doesn't taste like a "Passover Cake"

This is a fantastic recipe! It has lots of flavors that all combine perfectly and is easy to make. I just used a sprayed non-stick pan instead of lining a pan with parchment paper and it turned out fine. I will make it again!
