If I kept it in the fridge they were mushy. If I kept it in the freezer they were TOO COLD to taste. Did I do something wrong? There were no directions on how to store them after they were made.

This is absolutely the most impressive (10 minute dessert ever. It's delicious- whether you make the cheesecake, or buy one. I find it even cuter to decorate the pops with a theme! you will love this and even the kids can make them without too much fuss or muss (mess!
