The quinoa tastes great with the addition of chopped cilantro.

I liked the pork, but did not care for the quinoa dish. The pork has nice spice to it, but can see where someone who doesn't like spicy food would want to tone it down. The quinoa was just bland and uneventful. The pork is the only reason I'm giving this dish four stars, the quinoa would have gotten a one or two from me.

The pork was so tasty and tender! I used a la creuset pot and cooked it with the lid on for 15 min than took it off for the last 5 and it came out perfect!

Really loved this recipe! Unfortunately, some spots were a bit too powerful in the flavor department, but I'll just rub on a bit less next time! =p

Very nice meal. Quick and easy to make. I also used a little Ancho Chili powder in the spice rub.

This was a great combo! The pork rub was so good and the meat so tender. Plus, the quinoa made for a great side dish! Excellent...will do again!

Delish and very easy to pull together! I cooked the quinoa in low sodium chicken broth for a little extra flavor. The pork seasoning provided just the right amount of kick for my taste without being overpowering for my boyfriend - who is less spice-friendly. Will certainly save this recipe and make again!

We liked this one a lot! The spices were present, yet not overpowering. My fiance tried quinoa for the first time, and loved it with a little of the salsa verde mixed in. I bought a simple store bought salsa verde and added some scallions, cilantro and some lime juice... it added a very fresh taste to the dish.

I had quinoa for the first time when my brother in law made it in a chili. It was awesome. Then I saw this recipe and I gave it to him to make! He said it was delicious. So I gave it to the chef at my work to make and he made it today. It was sooooo good! YUM! Spicy but not overly spicy. Just enough and Quinoa... yum!! The side of salsa Verde topped it off. Delicious!!
