Easy recipe! Great way to use up chicken. Great way to use up crepes. I put cream and ricotta in the sauce too, just to thicken it up.

I am no cook by any means, but I have to feed my husband and I, so of course I try to follow the directions to the tee. However, this time I didnt have a couple things off hand but still came out pretty darn good! This is a meal I will be making again for sure. It was super easy and it came out so tasty. Instead of parmesan, I used shredded mozzarella. I know parmesan would probably taste better but mozzarella was the only cheese I had and it still came out great! You should really give this recipe a try!!!

I thought this was delicious. As with any meal you make, you should change some ingredients according to your taste preference. I got some pre cooked chicken strips from the area that usually keeps pre cut deli meat and chopped it up fine (Instead of rotisserie chicken, so I could flavor myself. I also added extra parmesan cheese to each step along the way. I had no luck finding store bought crapes at my local store, so I made my own. I used only chives as my herb along with S&P to taste. But I did also use regular chicken broth (not low sodium. I let the asparagus cook down some to let it thicken and also added maybe an extra 1/4 cup of parm which made it a great consistency and added more flavor. This was FULL of flavor. Will certainly make again!

This was not at all what I thought it would be. My husband really enjoyed it but then again, there's nothing he doesn't like. The asparagus was tasty but the crepe roll-ups were gross. Most fault goes to the pre-made crepes I purchased - they must be intended for desserts because they were sweetened and the taste did not go well with the savory meal. I had to bake the dish for much longer in order to get the stuffing melty. Will not make again.

My fiance and I thought this was delicious! After reading some of the comments I halved the amount of ricotta cheese, added a couple pinches of flour to the sauce to thicken it, poured some of the rotisserie juices into chicken mixture to get it more flavor (even though unhealthy, and made the crepes from scratch so they wouldn't be so sweet (really easy. I would also suggest making relatively small crepes with less filling because the best part is the crepe and sauce and a mouthful of just filling can be overwhelming.

Sounds like it we be zesty and different, but I felt it was a heavy gut bomb of cheese and chicken. Pass on this one, it's forgettable.

My family and I loved It! I was looking for an easy, healthy, and delicious recipe! I thought the flavor was perfect. I added wine to the sauce and boiled a little longer to thicken it up.

I made this last week and thought it was okay. Very easy to make, especially with using the store bought rottiserie chicken and store bought crepes. My one complaint is it needed more salt. The flavor was a little flat. I should have caught the lack of salt flavor from the recipe calling for unsalted butter, low sodium chicken broth etc. The next time I will make my own crepes because I found the store bought too thin and fell apart and a bit on the sweet side. I will also use salted butter and regular chicken broth. All this being said the recipe was easy and I think it will be a great lunch/ brunch dish with the minor alterations.

I agree with one of the previous raters the sauce was lost. Not much flavor with this recipe as is.
