Wow! Really, really good! My four kids and husband LOVED it! And my son who does not like chicken said it was amazing! Super easy, but comes off gourmet! Will definitely make again! (I did roast vegetables on a separate cookie sheet because I did not have enough room with the chicken.

Just delicious! I noticed recipe numbers showed 31g of fat in this. I used skinless and boneless chicken - breasts and thighs - to cut some of that. Someone had mentioned the olive oil was smoking when they heated it. I add about a tablespoon of butter to olive oil to prevent that. Didn't use radishes, but put in parsnips and carrots. Everyone loved it and I will make this one again!

Super easy and quick to make. My husband LOVED it which is great since he is a SUPER picky eater. I left out the radishes since he is not a fan. I also used paprika, basil, and garlic powder on the vegetables in addition to the salt and pepper. I also used vegetable on them instead of olive oil because the smoke was crazy when I put the chicken in the first go around. I would make this again for sure.

Currently making this. Looks beautiful however the smoke point on the olive oil has filled my house with a haze. I think next time I will work with Safflower oil instead.
After completion I decided I would add some rosemary and thyme to the mix on the veggies, and perhaps, as someone else stated, a little Emeril's Essence. Overall very tasty though.

This recipe is so easy to make and my family loves it. I added green beans, poultry herbs, garlic salt, and emerils essence to the chicken and everyone loved it. The chicken came out crispy and juicy.

The roasted veggies were out of this world. I never knew that roasted radishes could produce such a different flavor from raw ones. The chicken however I found bland, it was moist but it had no flavor which was disappointing.

Really easy. I didn't have dill so I used fresh thyme instead tossed with the veggies. Works with a variety of vegetables. I had nothing "baby" so I chopped carrots and potatoes in one-inch pieces and that worked nicely. Delicious!

I think this was the best recipe I found on here. I used chicken thighs instead. I did add the potatoes in with the chicken and they came out perfect. I added the grren onions in about 10 mins before the end of the cook time cause I was worried they would burn like the other reviews have stated.

This recipe was delicious. I love the delicious seasonal veggies and the simple but wonderful seasoning. The chicken was very moist and the veggies were roasted to perfection. I would strongly recommend this recipe!
