I really enjoyed this recipe, how easy it was to make and how little a mess it made in the kitchen! You can basically make this recipe using one baking dish. Tasted super yummy, I liked the carrot and almond combo.

I love this recipe. I've made it several times now and the fish is always tender and flavorful. The carrots are a delicious addition. Everything blends perfectly. We never have leftovers when I prepare this meal.

This dinner was awesome! Even my 11 month old loved it! I tasted the sauce for the carrots before adding the mint, and the cumin was a bit over powering, but adding the mint gave it the right balance. I also toasted the almonds.

This recipe is absolutely VILE. The mix of cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and mint is completely inedible. I took a bite of the carrots and spit it out. Tastes like you rubbed some carrots under your arms after not showering for a week, and sprinkled some mint on top.
Second of all....salmon will not cook through after broiling for 5 to 7 minutes. Not even close.

Easy recipe, quick and very tasty. The mint leaves give it an awesome flavor. Make sure to use a good dijon mustard, preferably with whole mustard seeds in it. I added a few red pepper flakes to the salt and pepper to give the salmon a little extra kick.

This recipe was extremely easy and very tasty. I served it with jasmine rice and it was wonderful! One of my guests does not usually care for salmon and he even thought it was fabulous! Thank you FN!
