I really liked this dish it was very easy and the results were delicious. I too could only find the sweet cherry peppers used the whole jar and quite a bit of the juice. I would definitely make this again.

This recipe was AMAZING!!! Easy to adapt for small serving. For example, followed recipe to a tee but cut it in half for 2 people. Used 4 chicken thighs. With a side of risotto was an amazing meal. Everything worked soooo well together in this dish.

This recipe was exactly what we needed to break out of our food rut. Like others I couldn't find the hot cherry peppers, so I used sweet, and I used spicy stadium sausage instead of fennel sausage. This time around I'm going to use chicken legs and boneless breasts instead of a whole chicken. I think I'm also going to serve it over butter-nut couscous from Rachel Ray's Middle Eastern Chicken Pot and Butter-Nut Couscous recipe. (sorry Anne. This is the first time I've ever tried one of Anne's recipes and I'm definitely going to try more. The recipe was easy and loaded with flavor. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Chef Anne always makes food that I want to eat. I am making this recipe as we speak and I can already say if the aroma is any indication od deliciousness, this is a real winner! I will let you know. I just finished eating this dish and my husband and I both agree, it is a keeper. We will definitely make this again. Great for everyday or as a special compant dish. Anne you are the best.

I followed the recipe pretty much except for minor changes...I used cut-up, boneless chicken breasts instead of chicken pieces. The dish was very good. I liked the addition of the cherry peppers, it gave a slightly spicy flavor. Of course, I cooked shells on the side and served it with it. I will definitely make this dish again.

Lovely recipe. I followed it pretty faithfully, except for the peppers-could find only sweet ones. Next time I will search harder and use an assortment of sweet, hot and roasted. I also added about 1/3 C of fresh slivered fennel. I served it with roasted fingerling potatoes. A treat for a Wednesday night.

Absolutely wonderful!i used chicken thighs instead of whole chicken. Hot cherry peppers & hot italian sausage as well. Not too spicy for us, so will add more peppers next time (we like it hot! added about double the garlic & 1cup pinot grigio. Served with parm risotto. Amazing & so easy! Will make this again & again--Anne rocks!

We loved this dish. We have been disappointed so often when we order this dish in restaurants so it was great to find an easy and quick version to make at home. I served it over pasta which made it extra yummy to us. I did seed the peppers and still the heat crept up on us. Loved it!
