This was so good and so easy! The flavors were sophisticated yet still kid friendly. We will be making this again and again!

This is definitely a keeper for my house. The flavors are so wonderfully delicious. Made the egg noodles to go with it as well and everyone agreed that this is a keeper. Chicken is so tender, the sauce has so many different layers of flavor and what is so great..............it's not a "heavy" meal and it is so easy to put together. Going to try it next time with thighs and breasts.

Just delicious even after being frozen for a month. Defrosted the mustard chicken, made fresh noodles and chowed down. I love recipes that I can freeze half for just two of us and enjoy a second dinner.

Excellent, tasty, and easy! I have made this recipe at least 4 or 5 times and we love it! I have also made it the traditional way with rabbit and crime fraiche, etc....the recipe as written is sooo much cheaper and just as good! I do use fresh tarragon from my garden though. But I'm sure it would be must as good with dried! Love it. I've never made a bad thing from Melissa!

Oh, my goodness!! Who would ever think that a recipe could use dijon mustard as the basis for the tastiness of it! We found that it is even better the second day! Can't wait to share it at a church potluck!! I am going to cut the boneless thighs into cubes in order to serve more people.

Excellent recipe. Used bone in chicken breasts, other than that followed the recipe exactly. The noodle side dish was very complimentry to the chicken. Also made melissa's parmesan crusty bread to go with the rest of the dinner. My family loved it! Another keeper. Thank you Melissa!

My first time making this and it was a HUGE hit. We had a guest for dinner and he raved about it too! I had doubled the recipe to serve 5 people, cooked 13 thighs and 1 1/2 bags of noodles. My husband is a big eater....had 4 thighs, maybe 2 servings of noodles and just enough sauce for leftovers.
