Fabulous dish! Loved the flavours - I used 1/2 the mustard (as other reviewers suggested and sauce was excellent! The noodles were so simple, yet delicous. Luckily leftovers - so we're having again tonight! Will definately look for more of Melissa's recipes!

Had this for a Sunday dinner and was very happy with the taste and great reviews from the family. Would do it again and again. Very easy to do and a great price point for a family dinner.

I am basically a semi-picky eatter...but ever since Melissa won Next Food Network Star, I have been tuning in to see what my family will try each week. I had to register and submit a rating this time. This chicken recipe will be my new go to chicken recipe. I plan to make it for my friend's family when she goes in for routine surgery next week and for another widower friend this week. Yummy!!! This is very easy and even my picky 11 year old asked for more : Thank you Melissa!!!

Very Good. Might try next time with less or no mustard.

I'm totally in love with this recipe. Had some leftover sauce and I put some leftover pork tenderloin the next day and it was delicious.

This was AMAZING. I used more mushrooms, and used a can of diced tomatoes I had on hand. I had read the other reviews, so I cut down on the mustard, too. I served it over mashed potatoes, with a side of green beans. We were wiping our plates with our rolls. Absolutely delicious.

Gosh darn tasty. I used a pint of my home canned tomatoes w/their juice and some extra mushrooms, and had more sauce than shown on TV. Loved the mustardy-ness. Cooked it, added mustard, tasted, all good. Next night, I served it on a bed of soft garlicky potenta. Didn't add sour cream to the sauce...it didn't need it. Incredibly good. An easy method for cooking chicken and a good template to use if I decide to change up the flavors.

The chicken portion was FANTASTIC. I don't eat noodles so I replaced the noodles with roasted rutabega. Also, I didn't have tarragon so I just used thyme. The only other change was used alcohol free white wine.

Probably the best recipe I have tried on food network yet!
