Great turkey burger! Ya gotta try it! Tip: Try adding minced garlic to the burger mix and dress the burger bun with Paula's Chipotle Sauce recipe she did for the fried pickled okra. I omitted the cream cheese, so it is more of a Chipotle Mayo. Also add a leaf of lettuce and sliced pickled Jalapenos. It was so good!

    Creamy Chipotle Sauce:
1 (8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 chipotle in adobo sauce
    2 limes, juiced
    3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chopped green onion, for garnish
Blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, chipotle, lime juice, and salt in a food processor until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Garnish with green onions.

Very good burger but while watching the show didn't like Paula eating off of spoon and then putting it back in the salsa. Very good recipes but that is nasty and I love Paula but we can't do that.

Paula and Bobby, i know this is football season now, but you guys hit a home run with this recipe. i was skeptical because this recipe has no eggs, no chopped onions, nor garlic cutup in it. But the black beans and the crushed chips did the trick. Very tasty! i topped with cole slaw i/o salsa. With the remaining beans i made a dip with white shoepeg corn and had chips to dip. Yummy. thanks for the recipe!! this is now one of my "Best Dishes".

I have never liked turkey burgers in the past. Tried this recipe after watching the show and my husband and I both enjoyed the great flavor and texture. Didn't have the ingredients for the toppings, so we fixed them like a regular burger. You know onion, tomato and so on. We are big fans of salsa and avocado so next time I will be sure to have them on hand. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a great turkey burger.

My whole family enjoyed the burgers (great texture and taste! Each of us added our own toppings (red onion, pickles and barbeque sauce. I enjoyed mine plain. I will be making this again! It was quick and easy to make.

Wasn't a huge fan--but then again I've never loved turkey burgers. They weren't that flavorful in my humble opinion.

You have to try this recipe! I've been trying for years to get my husband to at least try a turkey burger! He loved these and even went back for seconds! Also added sharp white cheddar cheese on top and some hot sauce to mixture. Will definitely make these again!

LOVED! I have tried a few turkey burger recipes and a few black bean burger recipes, this one is perfection. I make these at least once a week for my family and its always a hit, even without the amazing salsa. Speaking of . . . the salsa is great and have used it for fish burgers and just as a salsa with chips.
