These are awesome burgers. I did make a few changes: I used beef, did not put the chips in the burger (we ate them on the side with the salsa, and I cooked them on the grill. The burgers were outstanding and the salsa is even better. This is my new standby salsa recipe. Made them for my boyfriend and he gave it 5 stars also. I did make 4 big burgers instead of 8 small.

I made this recipe for my friends on a big game night and they LOVED them!!! I only got 6 burgers out of the mix, but I also made them pretty hearty. A GREAT recipe for a casual gathering or family dinner night!

Loved Them!!! Even our boys had seconds! Made them as stated minus the avocado and cumin and still thought they were great.

My family and I saw these the past weekend and made sure they hit our weekly menu...these were EXCELENT!! Big portions of burgers and with the different mixture of seasonings they were a great change from a normal turkey burger - I think I've already told about 10 people that these need to be something they try!!!

8 burgers out of 1 1/4 lbs of meat? Is there that much filler or are they really small burgers?

    Yummy.
    The salsa was my favorite.

For the burgers, I just used Lawry's season salt since it's basically the same as the house seasoning.

My husband and i absolutely loved this recipe! Never had a turkey burger with so much flavor? On the show, I don't remember seeing the burgers go in the oven as this recipe says to do but I did. Loved the salsa and avacodoes with it, we did not use the buns. Made it with the lemon slaw and Cajun fries. Will definitely make this one again!
