This was one of the best recipes I have ever tried !! Loved it and loved the simplicity even more!! It costs only pennies (as puff pastry is only $4 at my neighborhood store, and is a GREAT use for chopped, cooked chicken. Give this one a try!! The whole family ate this up! The wine & chicken stock reduction makes all the difference ! hmmmmmmmmm.......

This was simply AMAZING! I pre-chopped the veggies in the morning, so all I had to do was throw them in the pan that night. The filling was fantastic. I read a review that said the wine really made a difference - so true! The wine and mustard really give the filling a flavor that makes you go, "hmmmmm...what is that wonderful flavor in the background?" This is a keeper in my house. I will use the filling recipe for other pot pies, too! My 16 month old son dove right into the filling...he loved it!

This was a hit! My boyfriend and I followed the recipe exactly except that we used one sheet of pastry and made one big turnover to share! DELICIOUS! Definitely a keeper!

Just made this for dinner. I added some extra veggies (mushrooms, pearl onions, and a little bit of spinach and left out the peas, because I'm not a huge fan of those. I also felt like the filling needed a little extra flavor, so I added a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and that perked it right up. I also had enough filling for 6 turnovers instead of four, so I put two of them in the freezer for another time. On the whole, this is a simple, easy recipe for a new twist on a classic dish. Definitely worth a try, but don't be afraid to adjust the filling to your own tastes.

Yummy. I left out the Thyme because I didn't have any and changed the veggies up a little, but otherwise followed the recipe. The wine and Dijon mustard adds a very unique flavor.

A great one-dish meal. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs that I buy in bulk at a warehouse store. My husband ate three so make sure you know your family's appetites and plan accordingly.

This was a very tasty take on pot pie. Loved it. However, I found that one turnover is probably not enough for an adult. I used both puff pastry packs and made seven turnovers (the last dough square didn't make it. My husband and I both had two. No side dish necessary. Yummy.
