    super tasty! i changed the recipe a little bit since i didn't have any fish heads and i only used shrimp and squid. the recipe still turned out very delicious! Thanks emeril!

    This is the most delicious seafood recipe. I served it with Italian bread dipped in olive oil flavored with fresh ground pepper and 6 crushed cloves of garlic.
