What a great idea to divide one cake batter into three for minis! This was fun and delicious. I swapped the flavors out and did a little experimenting instead. I'm not sure if it was just because of my substitutions but I ended up with a little runny frosting (probably a little heavy-handed on the juice. Also, the cream cheese is a bit over-powering flavor-wise so I think I'm going to have to experiment a little more on the frosting. Still, everyone loved 'em!
