Used a 9x9x2 dark baking pan. Baked for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F, then I topped whole pan with ghirardelli chocolate chips and half with unsweetened coconut for 3 more minutes but adjusted my rack to middle again. They are delish light and fluffy!

I really wanted to love this a lot more than I did, but it was just too much. Too rich, too gooey & too hard to serve. We finally just chunked pieces off & plopped them into a storage bowl. I wanted mine to look like the photo, but the marshmallow pulled, stuck & clumped too much.

This recipe is absolutely divine! The brownie itself is moist and delicious but the toppings really add to it. I recommend this brownie to any true chocolate lover... Simply the best!!

I used 2 boxes of brownie mix to save on time and added walnuts to my batter and on top instead of called peanuts!. So good! Made for my kids and husband as a Valentine dessert:

I echo the comment posted below...mine turned out like an 8X8 molten cake... way too gooie in the middle to cut into pieces...next time I will use a 9X9 pan and cook it longer... the pieces around the edges were GREAT! Does anybody have any other suggestions?

Ok, so while everyone is trying to come up with a new name (and being an Flintstones fan, I personally like the play off Barney Rubble, how about some tips? I can cook, but this recipe did not work as expected. There's too much batter for the pan size or something is off, but after 35mins (yes, I did use the lower part of the oven the batter was still just that; batter. It was uncooked in the middle. The recipe says to remove from oven when a tester has a few crumbs - well, it wasn't even close to crumbs yet. I baked it much longer than 35 mins and the result was dried out tops and sides. And the brownie was 3 inches thick! All that said, this is a good tasting dessert and I will make it again - I realize it is intended to be a chewy brownie (not a cake brownie. Next time I will use a 9x9 pan OR not add all the batter. Also, my daughter has an allergy to peanuts/nuts, so I crushed mini pretzels to provide crunch and salt in place of the peanuts. Worked great.

Perfect for the chocolate lover but a little decadent for the average dessert goer. I added a tablespoon of instant expresso to the batter to enhance the chocolate flavor and since I had extra coconut and pecans left over from christmas baking I threw that on top (minus the peanuts. The brownie recipe is spot on, easy and very delicious.
