Boy was this one excellent! My hubby loved it! And my neighbor, who hates mayo, also loved it! Making it again this week (even though we had it last week!

This is a great new fish recipe. It is a new family favorite! All the flavors go together really well.

Our store was out of halibut, so I used cod. I'll definitely make it again. I want to try it with the halibut next time. I omitted the parsley and used more basil and a few chives. Thanks for another great recipe!

While the halibut was almost a budget buster for me, I opted to use it anyway and was definitely worth the cost... and turned out great, light even though it was a sandwich, and definitely one that I will be adding to my family favorites list. I did make 2 modifications though. I omitted the sun-dried tomatoes and the lemon zest. I will include those next time and re-review.

    Thanks Giada!

I usually Love Giada's recipes...and this one looked so yummy. But after taking about 3 bites, I was already sick of it. The flavors seem like they will work well together, but sundried tomatoes, capers, lemon zest, basil and even mayo are all strong flavors. When they are combined, its a bit sickening.

Love this recipe!! Thank you for this new fish recipe! Its so nice to change it up! I ended up using Mahi Mahi in this recipe since Halibut isn't particularly my favorite. The Mahi Mahi goes great -still light and flaky after baking it-- although I baked at 350 for 20 minutes.

Followed the recipe exactly, except for adding about 2 more tablespoons of mayo. I wanted it to be a little creamier...and waited to add salt until the very end.

My husband loved it too! Thanks Giada!
