    My mother made this pie for a big family meal last week, it was fabulous! Even the One-Who-Does-Not-Eat-Carrots liked it(that's saying something I can tell you!
    I could only have made this pie better by making my own pastry instead if buying it. :

    I have been looking for a pot pie recipe and this was quick and simple. The chicken was moist and flavorful, which was a plus since I don't care for white meat. I also added some sliced mushrooms and extra chicken flavoring. The crust turned out perfect. I will definitely make this again.

    Best chicken pot pie ever!! Followed the recipe almost to the tee, which is unusual for me, but I'm glad I did. I don't think I could have made any improvements. I didn't have any frozen pie dough so I used puff pastry instead. My family loved it. Will be making this again and again and again.....

    Absolutely delicious! It was the first time I made a chicken pot pie and my husband couldn't get enough of it! So easy to make! It's now part of my recipe repertoire which I'll be cooking regularly!

    delish! Hubby was happy which makes me happy, the flavours were wonderful, I did not use a skillet, but a pre made pie crust, easy and tasty! Thanks Sunny
