I read the reviews of this recipe & doubled the spices, substituting thyme for the sage. I also increased the flour & added a little more onions, peas & carrots. I think next time I will eliminate the spices completely & just salt & pepper the chicken before sauteing (sp & then add the spices to the sauce before the chicken. I think fresh thyme would be good with the chicken. I would definitely make this again - I love chicken pot pie especially an easy one & this one sure fits the bill.

Very tasty, my husband and 9 year old went back for seconds. Will be making again and again. Was very easy and clean up was a breeze.

The only mistake I made was that I didn't double the recipe! This dish will be in the "cold night recipe" rotation.

TASTY, TASTY, TASTY! This is really good. A big hit with family & friends. The ingredients are easy to keep in the freezer to be used on the spur. I prefer dark meat so I deboned thighs and really loaded up on the spices. Also thickened a bit more with cornstarch. Can't wait to pull this out on a rainy day. Thanks Sunny.

Great recipe! Made this last night while having the parents over for dinner, and they both loved it as well. Actually doubled the spice mix because there was not enough to cover the chicken strips I had. And next time I will add just a little bit more flour to help thicken up the slurry a bit. But other than that this was an easy Pot Pie to make and it tasted spectacular! Will make again for sure! Thanks Sunny!

Loved it. I didn't think there would be enough spices to cover all the chicken, but there was more than enough. Because the pie crust was at room temperature it broke it spots, but turned out very tasty.
