I made a second batch of marinade for dipping. I also added a few drops of sesame oil, 1 tsp of fresh ginger and 1 clove of minced garlic. I also let it bake a bit longer. Great dish!

Lacked in flavor and texture. The flavor the marinade created made my son gag. I expected crunchy sweet and savory chicken with a stickiness from the marinade. I tasted soy sauce flavored chicken and wished the outside was crunchy but it wasn't. I'm very disappointed.

The family loved it. Turned out great only problem i had was that it kinda of got stuck on the foil. Next time i am going to try the parchment paper in hopes it does better.

I have to agree with many others that the chicken was a little bland. I did not like that it was a little mushy so I baked it a little longer. It did get crispier. The flavor was mild. And the chicken was very tender. I think it would have been better with a sauce to dip the chicken in. It probably would have been good to make extra marinade, and thicken it with cornstarch. Several reviewers suggested this. Anyway, I will probably try it again with some kind of dipping sauce. The recipe is easy to prepare because it is baked in the oven.

Wow. Tender and delicious. Wasn't sure how it would taste, but we really liked this recipe. So simple. Let the chicken marinate and then threw it in oven when I got home. Tasted like orange chicken you would get at restaurant but without the thick coating. Added a small dash of extra sesame seeds before putting in oven. Yum!

This turned out great for me! The only thing I changed was at the end I mixed melted butter and orange marmalade and poured the butter over the chicken and set the oven on broil for a couple of mins. This gave it a little more flavor and a little more crunch.

This COULD be a really great dish - but baking the chicken doesn't really give you a crisp chicken - its always too mushy. Next time, I'll fry the chicken in a little oil - and that will make it much better - and addind a marmalade sauce over it all would be good - over all its a good dish, just needed a little something..
