Same here I love to try various versions of meatloaf recipes and this one was great! I really loved the spicy ketchup!

Am always trying new meatloaf recipes, most are quite good, but the sauce on this one is 'kicking' good! Everyone had 2nds, even my 10 yr. old grandson...I was told this was a keeper! Made recipe exact with no extras (used regular white bread, didn't have potato bread..needless to say, not much for leftover sandwiches the next day! Will probably try with a mixture of beef & pork next time, just to see :-

I've made meatloaf for years and never could get it to taste as good as this recipe-Made it last night and its is a WINNER!!! I will continue to make this was for good!! Love Sunny Anderson-And her name fits her!! One of my favorite chefs!!!!!

My boyfriends favorite dish is meatloaf. I have tried so many variations and we always agree that this is the best one. I have lost count on how many times I have made it. Once, I even made the spicy sauce as a side to another meatloaf recipe I made which I was disappointed in. The sauce made a huge difference! It looks like this one is it for us...I am not going to bother experimenting with others anymore.

This inspired meatloaf recipe is perfection itself. I took a trip to my local farmers market and bought fresh herbs for this recipe. Chopping the little leaves was totally worth my "thyme," LOL! The spicy topping was tangy and delightful. My search is over! This is a keeper.
