Awesome recipe! I opted not to add in the parsley, lemon and olive oil mixture. But it was excellent without it. Next time I will grilled then throw in oven for a little, as it was a little pink for me. But otherwise AMAZING!

This is the first recipe I'm reviewing. Amazing dish. I threw in some feta with the cooled mushroom mixture before stuffing. Also baked rather than grilled. Will be making this again.

This is a great recipe. I made this for the first time when I had some friends for dinner and I just prayed to come out good and it just came out perfect. I first seared and then I slowly roasted in the oven. It came out so soft and juicy. Definitely will be making it again

I love this recipe, its so delicious and easy to make. I have made it several times, sometimes grilling it and sometimes roasting it in the oven. It is super yummy either way!

This was excellent!!! I am making it again tonight for the second time and I may add some gorganzolla cheese in the mushrooms mixture. The parsely and lemon zest with olive oil made the flavor pop! The kids loved it! It was not difficult at all and I like being able to cook on the grill, less dishes to clean!

Delicious! Made this tonight and it was easy and delicious. I took advise from others and seared then roasted at 425 for 30 minutes.
Only used 1 tenderloin as there is only 3 of us. Will definetley make again!

This was outstanding. I love to have friends over when I try new recipes. This didn't disappoint. So easy to make! I was lazy and used dried parsley instead of fresh. I just didn't feel like walking down to my herb garden. I was skeptical about the lemon oil being drizzled over the top of the pork, but it really brightened up the dish. It was a really nice touch. I'm sad I only have enough leftovers for one meal. I should have made more.

This was amazing and looks very fancy for guests. It was raining when I made it so I had to put it in the oven instead of grilling, but it was still great! I also added 1/4 cup feta cheese to the mushroom mixture and my family and company ate it up!
